Players stand in a loose circle facing inward.

One player kicks the small weighted footbag up using only their feet, knees, or legs, never their hands.

Players pass the footbag around the circle by kicking it to one another, trying to keep it from touching the ground.

A player who lets the footbag drop, or who touches it with their hands, loses a point or is eliminated for that round.

The game continues until only one player remains, or players simply count consecutive touches as their group score.
