- A small fabric ball with trailing ribbon tassels (or a soft beanbag with ribbons attached)
- Open space
- An optional raised ring or hoop target for advanced play
HOW TO PLAY

Two lines of players face each other several steps apart.

Players toss the tasseled ball back and forth across the gap, calling out a partner's name before each throw.

Anyone who drops a catch steps back one pace, widening the throwing distance for their next turn.

For an advanced round, set up a raised ring between the lines that throwers must arc the ball through before it's caught.

The line with the fewest drops after a set number of rounds wins.
