Zbijak (Polish Dodgeball)

Divide players into two lines facing each other across a marked middle lane.

One or more players from the two outer lines stand in the middle lane as targets.

Players on the outside throw the ball at the middle players, trying to hit them below the shoulders.

A player hit in the middle switches places with whoever threw the ball that got them out.

Middle players can catch a thrown ball cleanly to send the thrower into the middle instead.

Keep rotating players through the middle for as many rounds as the group wants to play.
