MATERIALS
- A board with a 6x5 grid of points
- 12 pieces per player
HOW TO PLAY
1
Players take turns placing one piece at a time onto empty points on the board, without capturing yet during this phase.
2
A piece can capture an adjacent opposing piece by hopping over it into an empty point directly beyond, similar to checkers, removing the jumped piece.
3
Once all pieces are placed, players take turns sliding a piece one step to an adjacent empty point, still capturing by hopping when possible.
4
Captures aren't mandatory, but skipping an available capture can be risky since the opponent may capture that piece next.
5
A player is defeated when they have only two pieces left or can't make a legal move.
