Wheels on the Bus

Roll your forearms in circles around each other to show the wheels turning.

Move your arm like a windshield wiper swishing side to side for the next verse.

Open and close your fingers and thumb together to show the doors opening and shutting.

Bounce gently in place to show the people on the bus going up and down.

Cup your hands near your mouth to show the driver saying to move on back.

Repeat any favorite verse and invite children to invent new bus sounds and motions.
