MEASUREMENTS
A race track roughly 15-25m long works well for casual play.
HOW TO PLAY
1
Pair up; one player gets down on their hands, and their partner picks up their ankles to hold like wheelbarrow handles.

Line pairs up at the starting line, with the "wheelbarrow" player's hands on the ground.

On the signal, the wheelbarrow player walks forward on their hands while their partner walks behind, holding their ankles steady.
4
If the wheelbarrow player's knees touch the ground, the pair must pause and reset before continuing.
5
The first pair to cross the finish line wins; switch roles for a return race if desired.
