- One rubber boot per thrower
- a measuring tape
- a marked throwing line
MEASUREMENTS
Open field of at least 20 meters beyond the throwing line
HOW TO PLAY
1
Mark a throwing line on open ground and hand each competitor a rubber boot.
2
Each competitor takes a turn hurling the boot as far as possible past the line, using any throwing style the group allows.
3
A judge marks where the heel of the boot first lands and measures the distance from the line.
4
Every competitor gets the same number of throws, and their best distance is recorded.
5
Whoever's boot lands farthest overall is declared the winner.
