Players form a circle around one player standing in the middle, who calls out the game's rhythmic chant.

As the chant is repeated, players in the circle clap and step in time, gradually speeding up the tempo.

The center player points suddenly to another player, who must perform a quick dance move or gesture before the beat resets.

Any player who freezes, hesitates, or copies a move already used swaps places with the center player.

The game continues with the new center player choosing a fresh chant or variation.
