- A diamond-shaped paper kite per flyer
- Strong cord wound on a spool
- Optional ground glass coating on the cord for the competitive version
HOW TO PLAY
1
Each flyer assembles their kite and lets out cord gradually while running or facing into the wind to get it airborne.

Flyers maneuver their kites by pulling and releasing cord tension to gain height and control.
3
In the competitive version, flyers try to maneuver their kite string to saw against and cut a rival's string.
4
A flyer whose string is cut loses their kite to the wind and is out of that round.
5
The last kite still flying and connected to its flyer is declared the winner.
