MATERIALS
- Pre-measured plov ingredients at separate stations (rice, shredded carrot, cooked meat cubes, raisins)
- Large serving bowls or pots as props
- Serving spoons
HOW TO PLAY
1
Give each team an ingredient order card listing the traditional layering sequence for the dish.

One teammate at a time runs to the ingredient stations and adds only the next correct ingredient to the team's bowl.

If an ingredient is added out of order, that teammate must remove it and correct the layering before continuing.
4
The last teammate presents the finished bowl for a judge to inspect the order and presentation.
5
The fastest team with a correctly layered, neatly presented bowl wins the cook-off.
