MATERIALS
- A flying disc
- Two end zones marked out
MEASUREMENTS
Field: roughly 100m x 37m, with 18m end zones at each end.
HOW TO PLAY
1
Two teams try to pass the disc down the field and catch it in the opposing end zone to score.
2
A player holding the disc cannot run with it and must pass within 10 seconds.
3
The disc turns over to the other team if it touches the ground, is intercepted, or goes out of bounds.
4
There are no referees in standard play; players call their own fouls under the "spirit of the game."
5
The first team to reach an agreed point total (often 15) wins.
