Stand up straight and march in place as the rhyme begins.

Rise up onto your tiptoes and stretch your arms overhead when the rhyme says the group marched up.

Crouch down low toward the floor when the rhyme says they marched down again.

Stand at a normal height and stay still for the line about being neither up nor down.

Repeat the up-and-down sequence faster each round for a giggly finish.
