HOW TO PLAY
1
Teams pass and dribble the ball using only their hands, moving it up the court toward the opposing goal.

A player may take up to three steps while holding the ball before passing, dribbling, or shooting.

Shoot the ball into the opposing goal, guarded by a goalkeeper, while defenders try to block or intercept.
4
Contact fouls or stepping inside the marked goal area (except by the goalkeeper) award the ball to the other team.
5
The team with more goals when time expires wins the match.
