Team Building Puzzle Piece Trade

Mix pieces from several different jigsaw puzzles together and divide them randomly among teams.

Each team must complete their own assigned puzzle image, even though they don't have all the right pieces.

Teams must negotiate and trade pieces with other teams to find what they need.

No team may simply take pieces without a fair trade.

The first team to complete their puzzle wins, though the exercise works best when discussed afterward as a group.
