- A smooth pole
- A prize flag or item tied at the top
- A soft landing mat
HOW TO PLAY
1
Set a smooth pole upright with a small prize tied near the top.
2
Players take turns attempting to climb using only their arms and legs, no equipment.
3
A player may rest by wrapping their legs but must not slide back down deliberately for a rest.
4
The first player to reach and untie the prize wins.
5
If no one reaches the top after a set number of attempts, the closest climb wins instead.
