Stuck in the Mud

Choose one or more players to be taggers, called "it."

The remaining players run freely within the boundaries while taggers try to tag them.

A tagged player must freeze in place, standing with feet apart and arms out, "stuck in the mud."

A frozen player can be freed if another untagged player crawls through their open legs or ducks under their arms.

Taggers try to freeze every player before they can all be freed.

The round ends when all players are frozen at once, or after an agreed time limit; then choose new taggers and start again.
