Stoolball

Set up the wicket-board and have one team take the field while the other bats in turn.

The bowler throws the ball underarm toward the board, trying to hit it before the batter can strike the ball away.

The batter hits the ball and runs to a marked point and back to score runs, while fielders try to catch it or hit the board with it to get the batter out.

Rotate batters through the lineup until the batting team is out or an agreed number of turns is reached.

Swap sides so the fielding team bats; the team with more total runs across both innings wins.
