MEASUREMENTS
A wide open field with a goal post set up at each end, spaced well apart for running.
HOW TO PLAY
1
Divide into two teams, each defending one goal post at opposite ends of the field.
2
Each player carries two sticks and uses only the sticks, never bare hands, to scoop, carry, and pass the ball.
3
Players advance the ball toward the opposing goal by carrying, passing, or batting it between their sticks.
4
Score by striking the ball against the opposing team's goal post.
5
Opposing players may use their sticks to try to dislodge the ball, but direct striking of another player is not allowed.
6
Play continues to an agreed score or time limit, and the team with more goals wins.
