South African Diketo Pit Toss

Dig a shallow pit and place a pile of small stones beside it.

Toss one stone into the air and quickly scoop stones from the pile into the pit before catching the falling stone.

Each successful round increases the number of stones you must scoop before the catch.

A missed catch or a stone that bounces out of the pit ends your turn.

The player who reaches the highest scoop count without a miss wins.
