MATERIALS
- A two-row pit board, or holes scooped into sand
- Around 32-40 seeds as counters
HOW TO PLAY
1
Distribute an even number of seeds into each pit to start the game.
2
Players take turns lifting all seeds from one pit on their own side and sowing them counterclockwise into the following pits.
3
A move that leaves an opponent's pit holding exactly two seeds allows you to capture that pit immediately.
4
If sowing passes all the way around the board back into your starting pit, that pit is skipped rather than refilled.
5
The game ends when a player's row runs empty, and whoever holds the most captured seeds wins.
