- Slackline webbing
- Two sturdy anchor points such as trees
- Ratchet or tensioning device
MEASUREMENTS
Line typically set 15-30ft (4.5-9m) long, 1-2ft (30-60cm) off the ground.
HOW TO PLAY
1
Anchor the slackline webbing securely between two sturdy points, tensioning it with the ratchet device.
2
Approach the line and step up with one foot, using arms outstretched or a helper's hand for initial balance.
3
Shift your weight fully onto the line and bring the second foot up to stand with both feet on the webbing.
4
Focus your gaze on a fixed point ahead while making small adjustments with your arms and core to stay balanced.
5
Take slow, deliberate steps forward along the length of the line toward the far anchor point.
6
A fall off the line simply means stepping back on and continuing the attempt, working up to a full crossing.
