MATERIALS
- A sjoelbak (long wooden table with four numbered scoring gates at one end)
- 30 wooden discs (pucks)
MEASUREMENTS
Standard sjoelbak is about 2m long, with four gates numbered 1, 2, 3, and 4.
HOW TO PLAY
1
Each player gets 30 discs, typically split into three rounds of a set number of slides each.
2
Slide the discs one at a time down the length of the table, aiming to pass them through the numbered gates at the far end.
3
Add up the value of the gates each disc passes through to get that round's score.
4
If a player gets exactly one disc through each of the four different gates, their total for that round is multiplied, per house scoring rules.
5
Add up the scores across all rounds; the highest total wins.
