MATERIALS
- A board or shallow tray with carved pits (or holes scooped in sand)
- Small seeds or pebbles
HOW TO PLAY
1
Set an equal number of seeds into each of the pits along both players' rows of the board.
2
On a turn, a player scoops all the seeds from one of their own pits and sows them one by one into the following pits.
3
If the last seed sown lands in an empty pit on the player's own side, they may capture the seeds directly across from it.
4
Captured seeds are set aside in each player's personal store to be tallied at the end.
5
The game ends when one side's pits are all empty, and whoever has stored the most seeds wins.
