Sichuan Face-Change Mask Craft Relay

Each team gets a stack of blank masks and art supplies at their station.

A caller shouts out a color or expression (angry, joyful, surprised) and teams race to decorate one mask to match.

As soon as a mask is finished, a team member puts it on and swaps to a new blank mask when the next cue is called, echoing the rapid mask swaps of the traditional performance art.

A judge checks each worn mask against the called cue before the team can move to the next round.

The team with the most correctly matched masks after five cues wins.
