Shiritori (Japanese Word Chain Game)

The first player says any word to start the chain.

The next player must say a new word that begins with the final sound or syllable of the previous word.

Play continues around the group, each word linking to the last sound of the one before it.

Words that have already been used earlier in the chain cannot be repeated.

A player is eliminated or loses a point if their word ends in a sound that has no valid follow-up, or if they hesitate too long.

Keep going until only one player remains, or set a time limit and see how long the chain can grow.
