Secret Santa Swap Bingo

Have every guest bring one wrapped gift and place it in a shared pile in the center of the room.

Draw numbers to determine the order in which guests will take their turn.

On your turn, either choose and unwrap a new gift from the pile, or swap an already opened gift away from another guest.

A guest whose gift is swapped away immediately gets a turn to pick a new one from the pile or swap from someone else.

Limit the number of times any single gift can be swapped, according to the agreed house rule.

The game ends when every guest has had their turn, and everyone keeps whatever gift they are holding.
