MATERIALS
- A short wooden bat or paddle
- A small hard ball
- Marked bases around the field
MEASUREMENTS
A large field with a batting zone at one end and marked bases spaced around the running area.
HOW TO PLAY

Split into a batting team and a fielding team.

Each batter tosses the ball up themselves and strikes it with the bat into the field of play.

After a fair hit, the batter runs around the marked bases while fielders try to retrieve the ball.

A fielder can get a runner out by catching the hit ball before it lands, or by hitting the runner with a thrown ball while they are between bases.

Runs are scored by completing the full circuit of bases and returning to the batting zone.

Teams switch roles after an agreed number of outs, and the team with more runs after all innings wins.
