- Chalk or sticks to draw tracks in dirt or sand
- Reference pictures of animal footprints
HOW TO PLAY
1
One player studies a set of simple animal footprint pictures and then draws a trail of one animal's tracks across a stretch of soft ground.

The rest of the group follows the trail on foot, reading the direction and spacing of the prints.

Along the way, the tracker calls out clues about the animal's size, speed, or behavior based on the prints.
4
The group votes on which animal they believe made the trail before the tracker reveals the answer.
5
Take turns drawing new trails so everyone gets a chance to be the tracker.
