HOW TO PLAY

Set up a winding course with cones to represent a river's twists and turns, and divide players into small relay teams.

The first runner on each team carries the soft 'salmon' object along the winding course to a turnaround point and back.

At the handoff line, the runner passes the salmon to the next teammate, who repeats the winding course.

Runners must stay within the marked winding path rather than cutting straight across, mimicking a river's course.
5
The team whose final runner completes the course first wins the relay.
