MEASUREMENTS
Court of about eight chalked squares arranged in a traditional hopscotch pattern
HOW TO PLAY
1
Draw a hopscotch pattern of numbered squares on the ground, ending in a large final section.
2
Toss the marker stone into square one, then hop through the course on one foot, skipping the square holding the stone.
3
Land with both feet only in squares that are drawn side by side, and use a single foot everywhere else.
4
Pick up the marker stone on the way back through the course without losing balance or stepping on a line.
5
If the run is clean, toss the stone into the next numbered square and continue; stepping on a line or losing balance ends the turn.
