- A rope ladder secured horizontally low to the ground
- Stakes or weights to anchor it
- A stopwatch
HOW TO PLAY
1
Stake a rope ladder flat and taut a short distance above the ground between two anchor points.

Each competitor must crawl beneath or thread through the ladder's rungs from one end to the other without touching the ropes if possible.
3
Time each attempt, adding a penalty for any rope touched.
4
Allow each competitor one practice attempt before their timed run.
5
The fastest adjusted time across all competitors wins the challenge.
