Ringo

Set up a net at roughly waist height across the middle of a badminton-sized court.

Serve the rubber ring by throwing it one-handed over the net into the opponent's side.

Catch the ring with one hand and immediately throw it back over the net without taking extra steps.

Score a point if the opponent fails to catch the ring, throws it out of bounds, or lets it hit the ground.

In doubles, let partners alternate catches and pass the ring between them before sending it back.

Play to a set number of points per set, alternating serve, and win the match by taking the majority of sets.
