MEASUREMENTS

HOW TO PLAY
1
Two teams skate on an ice surface, each trying to move the ring into the opposing goal using their straight sticks.
2
Players may only push or carry the ring by trapping it against the ice with the stick tip, not lifting it with a curved blade.
3
A player carrying the ring must pass it off before crossing certain zone lines, encouraging teamwork over solo rushes.
4
Defenders try to poke the ring away or block passing lanes without illegal body contact.
5
A goal counts when the ring fully crosses the goal line into the net; most goals when time expires wins.
