Rift Valley Relay Toss

Set up a zigzag course of cones leading from a starting line to a turnaround point.

Divide players into teams, with the first runner weaving through the cones while tossing the ball into the air and catching it as they go.

Dropping the ball requires the runner to stop, retrieve it, and continue from that spot.

After completing the course and returning, the runner hands the ball off to the next teammate.

The first team to have every member complete the weaving relay wins.
