Retirement Time Capsule Letters

Give each guest paper and an envelope to write a short letter or piece of advice to the retiree about their next chapter.

Collect the sealed envelopes into a decorative box or container.

Optionally, guests also write a personal note to their future selves predicting what life will look like in five or ten years.

Seal the entire container and set a future date, such as a milestone anniversary, to reopen it.

The retiree keeps the sealed capsule as a memento to revisit with the group down the road.
