Divide participants into teams and give each team an unequal mix of building supplies, such as one team having tape but no paper.

Give every team the same goal, such as building a freestanding tower of a set height.

Teams must negotiate and trade supplies with other teams to gather what they need.

Set a time limit for negotiating, trading, and building.

The team whose structure best meets the goal at time's end wins.
