HOW TO PLAY
1
Each player holds a scarf loosely by two corners, arms spread, echoing the flowing skirts of Ghoomar dancers.
2
When the music starts, everyone spins in slow, wide circles, letting the scarf billow outward.
3
The caller shouts changing directions — "reverse," "faster," "slower" — that everyone must follow instantly.
4
Anyone who drops their scarf or spins the wrong direction is out for that round.
5
Play several short rounds rather than one long one, since sustained spinning gets tiring fast.
6
The player who best keeps their scarf aloft through every direction change wins the round.
