Queimada

Divide into two teams, each occupying the main zone on their own half of the court.

Throw the ball across the dividing line, trying to hit an opposing player below the shoulders.

A player who is hit moves to the small prison zone behind the opposing team's side rather than being fully eliminated.

A player sent to prison can still catch stray balls and throw them back at opponents from that zone to try to work their way free.

Catching a thrown ball cleanly out of the air sends the thrower to prison instead of the catcher.

The team that sends every opposing player to prison first wins the round.
