HOW TO PLAY

Form a circle holding hands, with everyone facing inward.

Sing the song together while stepping sideways around the circle in the direction the words describe.

Follow the simple motions the song calls for, such as spinning in place, shrinking down small, or stretching up tall.

Reverse direction and circle the other way for the next verse, if the song calls for it.

Repeat the verses, encouraging younger children to copy the actions of older kids nearby.

End with a final spin or a big cheer on the last line of the song.
