Panama Pollera Twirl Contest

Each contestant holds the edges of a wide skirt or large scarf out to the sides.

When the music starts, contestants spin in place, trying to make the fabric flare into as wide and even a circle as possible.

Judges or the audience watch for smooth spins and a fully extended, symmetrical twirl.

Contestants may add small hops or turns between spins to add flair, as long as the twirl stays controlled.

After each contestant's turn, the group votes for the most graceful twirl to move to the next round.
