Divide players into two groups, with one group scattered inside a marked playing area and the other standing around its edge.

Players on the outside throw the ball, trying to hit players inside the marked area below the waist.

A player hit by a direct throw is out and joins the outside group, while catching a thrown ball keeps a player safe and can free out a teammate.

The inside group tries to dodge and evade throws for as long as possible while the outside group works together to corner them.

The round ends when everyone inside has been hit; groups then switch roles for the next round.
