Osaka Fan Signal Game

Players sit in a circle, each holding a folding fan.

A leader demonstrates a sequence of fan positions, such as open, closed, or held to one side, each representing a different signal.

Players must quickly move their own fan to match the leader's called-out signal.

Any player who makes the wrong fan movement, or reacts too slowly, is out for that round.

The leader continues calling signals at increasing speed until only one player remains.
