Set out plain onesies and fabric markers on a decorating table.

Each guest decorates one onesie with a birthday message, doodle, or piece of advice for the child's coming year.

Hang finished onesies on a drying rack or clothesline to display during the party.

Once the ink is dry, gather the onesies as a keepsake set for the family.

Optionally have guests vote on their favorite design for a small prize.
