Set up a few combination locks, each hiding a small prize or note inside a locked box or bag.

Teams answer school-themed trivia questions, and each correct answer reveals one digit of a combination.

Once a team has gathered all three digits, they race to the lock to try opening it.

Wrong combination attempts don't eliminate a team, but cost precious time.

The first team to crack their lock open and reveal the prize inside wins.
