- A netball or similar ball
- Two elevated goal rings
- Bibs or markers showing player positions
MEASUREMENTS
Court divided into thirds, roughly 100ft x 50ft (30m x 15m) total.
HOW TO PLAY

Each team's players take assigned positions that limit which thirds of the court they may enter.

Players pass the ball to teammates without running while holding it, pivoting on one foot instead.

A player must release the ball within a few seconds of catching it.

Only the designated shooting positions may attempt a goal from within the shooting circle.
5
A goal is scored when the ball passes cleanly through the opponent's raised ring.
6
The team with the most goals when time expires wins the match.
