Nepali Momo-Folding Relay

Divide players into teams and give each team an equal supply of wrappers and filling at a folding station.

On go, the first player in each line spoons filling into a wrapper and folds it into a neat pleated pouch.

Once a dumpling passes a quick shape check from a judge, the next teammate begins their own dumpling.

Any dumpling that leaks filling or won't hold its pleats must be redone before the team can continue.

The team with the most correctly folded dumplings when time is called wins the relay.
