SETTING

MATERIALS
- A board with eight outer points around one center point, connected by lines
- 4 pieces per player, in two colors
MEASUREMENTS
An eight-pointed star pattern surrounding a single central point.
HOW TO PLAY
1
Place four pieces of each color on alternating outer points, leaving the center point empty.
2
On your turn, move one piece along a connecting line into an adjacent empty point, including the center.
3
A piece may only move into the center point if it is currently next to a piece already occupying an outer point adjacent to the center, per the traditional blocking rule.
4
There is no jumping or capturing; the game is won purely through position.
5
Continue alternating single-step moves along the board's lines.
6
A player wins by trapping all of the opponent's pieces so none of them can make a legal move.
