Mau-Mau (German Shedding Card Game)

Deal five to seven cards to each player, placing the rest face-down as a draw pile with one card turned up beside it.

On your turn, play a card matching the suit or rank of the top card on the discard pile.

If you can't play a matching card, draw one from the pile; if it's playable, you may play it immediately.

Certain cards trigger special effects, such as forcing the next player to draw extra cards or skip their turn, depending on house rules.

The first player to play every card from their hand wins the round.
