Two players face off, each holding a wooden baton and a small shield.

Take turns attempting controlled strikes toward the opponent's shield, arm, or leg.

Use the shield to block or deflect incoming strikes rather than striking back with it.

Overly forceful strikes or hits to unprotected areas are penalized under the agreed rules.

The player who lands the most clean, controlled hits within the round is declared the winner.
