MATERIALS
- Straight sticks or straws
- Small shells or beads to mark islands
HOW TO PLAY
1
One player arranges sticks and shells on a table to create a chart representing wave patterns and islands.
2
Another player studies the chart for a set time, then looks away while it's rearranged slightly.
3
The second player must rebuild the original chart from memory, explaining the wave logic as they place each piece.
4
Compare the rebuilt chart to the original and count matching placements.
5
Swap roles so each player gets a turn designing and a turn reconstructing.
